We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping businesses streamline their operations by connecting data, processes, applications, and experiences.

Our ideal candidate is an expert in solutions and implementation consulting with 5+ years of hands-on experience. They should have a deep understanding of integrations and system design principles, as well as knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and Postgres.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience. They should also be a fast learner who can independently conduct extensive research and quickly synthesize ideas, information, and options.

As a Technical Consultant, you will engage with customers by providing technical consulting, guidance, and enablement to help them achieve value quickly. You will also work closely with customer business and technical stakeholders to gather integration and automation requirements and lead the solution design process jointly with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical consulting, guidance, and enablement to customers to help them achieve value quickly.
  • Engage with customers to gather integration and automation requirements and lead the solution design process jointly with customers.
  • Share best practices from a business and technical perspective related to deployment models, governance structures, integration design and build.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to review customer requirements and feedback, and identify opportunities for platform enhancements while managing customer expectations.
  • Become a trusted customer advisor and a customer advocate within our organization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
