We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Specialist to lead the implementation and scale-up of our internal and external system integrations with data solutions.

About the Role

This is a strategic technical role for someone who thrives on designing how data flows across critical business systems, enabling real-time visibility, automation, and operational efficiency across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations: requirements gathering, system design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and documentation
  • Architect scalable integration frameworks and reusable patterns using iPaaS platforms or custom microservices
  • Lead integration projects across teams to automate workflows and improve data consistency
  • Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations across systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, and internal APIs
  • Partner with security and IT to ensure compliance, data protection, and auditability of integration workflows
  • Develop internal tooling or SDKs for integration reliability, schema validation, and transformation
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in integration engineering, data engineering, or similar roles
  • Deep experience working with APIs, webhooks, OAuth flows, and modern integration platforms
  • Strong hands-on skills with tools like Zapier, dbt, or custom middleware frameworks
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (Node.js) for scripting and integration logic
  • Experience designing for idempotency, error handling, retries, and observability in data syncs
  • Excellent communication and project delivery skills; able to translate technical details into business value
