Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Conduct Regular Audits: Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  2. Sample Testing: Conduct various tests on samples drawn from raw materials and finished products to identify any defects.
  3. Implement Corrective Actions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
  4. Prepare Training Materials: Prepare training manuals and quality guidelines for employees to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • A licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician.
  • At least 1 to 2 years related working experience and/or in the food industry or manufacturing.
  • Knowledgeable in good laboratory practices, GMP, HACCP, and ISO 17025.
  • Able to work in a hot/cold environment and willing to work on shifting schedules in CEBU.
