Job Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Software Functional Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing client business processes, providing expert consultation, and implementing solutions for quality and food safety management. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting requirements, configuring and customizing software solutions, providing user training, and offering ongoing support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for assessing business processes and identifying solutions
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and providing user training
- Experience in Business Process analysis and Consulting
- Knowledge related to quality and food safety management
- Proven ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Food Science, or a related field
- Experience in the food industry or quality management is a plus
