Treasure Island Industrial Corp. is seeking a Food Safety and Quality Systems Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in food safety and quality systems.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, or equivalent, with at least 1 year of working experience in the related field. They will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the Quality Management System and handling Customer Complaints.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the Quality Management System is implemented and maintained in accordance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain procedures, guidelines, and work instructions to support the Quality Management System.
- Investigate and resolve Customer Complaints in a timely manner.
- Facilitate fast resolution of Customer Complaints and ensure investigation reports and Corrective Action Plans are created and submitted on time.
