Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality control and food safety programs.
  • Ensure the quality and safety of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate production hazards.
  • Perform internal audits, report findings, and implement corrective actions.
  • Investigate product defects, recommend solutions, and track issue resolutions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a food manufacturing or quality assurance environment.
  • Knowledgeable in using the SAP system.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and quality control practices.

  • Basic laboratory testing skills and understanding of food safety protocols.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
