Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Patient Enrollment Team, you will play a vital role in assisting patients with refilling orders and answering inquiries.

This is a full-time work-from-home position that requires alignment to US Eastern Time Zone hours. You will be responsible for receiving inbound and placing outbound enrollment calls within the designated hours of operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patients with refilling orders and answering inquiries.
  • Receive inbound and place outbound enrollment calls within the hours of operation (8:30 am – 7:00 pm Eastern time).
  • Utilize company phone system and CRM for tasks and answer patient inquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a strong ability to multitask, type, and talk during calls.

  • Excellent English written and spoken skills.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask by typing and talking during calls.
  • Experience in inbound and outbound calls preferred.
  • Advanced phone etiquette, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • 1 year of sales/CSR upselling experience in a BPO/call center setting required.

As a remote worker, you will need to meet certain equipment requirements to ensure your success in this role.

  • Two monitors.
  • Backup internet connection.
  • 8 GB RAM.
  • i3 processor or higher (or equivalent).
  • Fiber or high-speed internet of at least 20 Mbps (upload & download).
  • Windows 10 or 11, MacOS Sierra or higher, or ChromeOS with Google Chrome.
  • TeamViewer installed.
  • Wired headset.
  • Malware- and virus-free/protected personal computer.
