Integration Expert

The integration expert plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless data exchange and process optimization between major systems and applications.

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing systems, gather requirements from stakeholders, develop and test integration solutions, and troubleshoot issues to support business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on integration flows, including success and failure rates, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide Level 2 resolution to integration issues, conduct root cause analysis, and generate assessment documents for escalated issues.
  • Assist with problem determination and resolution efforts when operational issues with integration solutions arise.
  • Participate in the development of standards, processes, and documents to support and facilitate integration projects and initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance or improve business processes via integration and minimize its impact on those processes.
  • Implement audit, logging, and monitoring solutions for integration systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments in integration technology and continually develop skills in the integration technologies in place.
  • Attend internal and external training sessions and meetings as directed and necessary for job performance.
Requirements
  • College graduate of any IT-related course.
  • Working experience of 2 years in IT systems operations, application support or development, or integration-related specialization.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Hard working and team player.
  • Good moral character and possess a healthy attitude towards work.
  • Ability to interface and communicate effectively with non-technical personnel as well as technical personnel.
  • Good communication skills, patience, understanding, and ability to work with accuracy even in stressful situations.
