Job Title: Data Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Data Specialist to join our team. As a Data Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining large-scale data systems.

In this role, you will work from home on a night shift to support existing customer implementations and help them debug their ETL issues in the Australasia region.

The ideal candidate will have experience in database design, management and optimization, proficiency in SQL, and strong scripting skills in Python.

You will also be familiar with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop data pipelines, ETL processes and data integration solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database and data-related issues
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best possible customer experience
Future Tasks:
  • Work with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and define data requirements
  • Become proficient in building and maintaining databases ensuring optimal performance and scalability
  • Write scripts to automate processes and tasks
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

This is a challenging role that requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.
