Job Description

The Growth Marketing Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the execution of seasonal growth marketing campaigns across digital channels. This entails preparing creative assets, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Support & Execution:
    • Assist in executing seasonal growth marketing campaigns across digital channels.
    • Prepare creative assets, links, and supporting documents for review.
    • Coordinate with internal teams on campaign deliverables.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Monitor live campaign performance using dashboards and platform tools.
    • Update trackers and performance reports to highlight key metrics.
    • Flag anomalies or underperformance for review and optimization.
  • Documentation & Process Support:
    • Organize campaign materials and shared folders.
    • Document campaign wrap-ups and share key takeaways with the team.
    • Maintain campaign trackers and build a consolidated calendar of deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in Marketing channels such as paid social, PPC, and programmatic.
  • Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
