As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Responsibilities
  • You will answer and manage incoming calls and patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments effectively to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Maintain and update patient records using electronic medical record systems.
  • Assist patients with billing inquiries and insurance verifications to provide transparency and support.
  • Communicate and coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed to maintain a productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a medical reception or front desk role is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is a plus.
  • You must have strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients and staff.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in medical office administration are advantageous.
