Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our advertising efforts across Facebook & IG for clients in the wealth creation, business opportunity and online coaching space. The ideal candidate will have expertise in media buying, data-driven decision making, and funnel strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily ad spend, utilising performance data to optimise ad creative, landing pages, and offers. They will also collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative graphic and video concepts crucial for scaling paid traffic.

  • Manage daily ad spend to drive revenue through direct response marketing
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise performance data to optimise effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Funnel Strategy: Identify and address underperforming stages of sales funnels to enhance conversion rates and maximise revenue
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative graphic and video concepts
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in direct response marketing
  • Expertise in managing campaigns primarily on Meta
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, making decisions informed by data while avoiding over-analytics
  • Building ad account structures aligned with best practices and demonstrating problem-solving abilities
  • Initiative-driven self-starter capable of managing multiple projects independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment
  • Tenacious and resilient, persisting until goals are achieved
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Utilising tools like Hyros, Google Sheets, and data analytics reporting for actionable insights
  • Managing 3-5 clients and meeting monthly KPI goals
