We are seeking an experienced senior paid advertising and artificial intelligence marketing strategist to lead and optimize our paid media campaigns and leverage AI-driven marketing strategies. In this role, you will manage multi-channel paid search campaigns, drive automation, and use AI tools to maximize marketing efficiency and return on investment.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Testing ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies; adjust campaigns to improve ROI, CPC, and CPA.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for budget allocation and bid management.
  • Setting up and testing campaigns on emerging advertising platforms.
  • Streamlining marketing and sales processes using AI tools.
  • Automating data enrichment, lead qualification, and distribution to improve response times.
  • Testing and applying AI prompts, API integrations, zaps, smart AI spreadsheets, and content personalization.
  • Using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Working with SEO, content, social media, design, and development teams to ensure a cohesive strategy.
  • Staying updated with the latest PPC and AI marketing trends, continuously experimenting with new tools and strategies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in managing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and API integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and budget management.
  • Understanding of AI-based automation for data processing, lead qualification, and personalization.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, audience segmentation, and bid management strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation software, and workflow automation.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with SEO, content, design, and sales teams.
