Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented data professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support business decision-making processes. This role is focused on data-related tasks, including data collection, analysis, and modeling using Excel and SQL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform data analysis using Zoho Analytics and SQL to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the data.
  • Develop and maintain data models and databases to support business needs.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to visualize data insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity within the CRM system.
Data Collection and Management
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of CRM systems to ensure efficient data collection processes.
  • Develop and implement data collection processes to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct data cleaning and validation to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Programming and Data Modeling
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis to support business needs.
  • Develop basic scripts or programs to automate data processing tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Assist in the development of data models and schemas to support business intelligence initiatives.
CRM Support
  • Provide support for CRM-related issues and queries to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in configuring and customizing CRM systems to meet business needs.
  • Train staff on CRM usage and best data practices to improve data literacy.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide data insights.
  • Present data findings and insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve data workflows and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, R) are a plus.
  • Solid experience with Zoho.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a great plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data collection processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
