  • We're seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Data Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve existing reports across pre-construction and construction departments, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.">
  • Develop new dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear insights into business performance, operational efficiency, forecasting, and project outcomes.">
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their data needs and translate business questions into analytical tasks.">
  • Conduct data validation, cleaning, and analysis from various systems (e.g., project management tools, CRM).">
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or anomalies.">
  • Assist in building forecasting models for workload planning, resource allocation, and project timelines.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Data Specialist or similar role, preferably within construction, property, or a related industry.">
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI (or similar BI tools), and SQL.">
  • Familiarity with database management and data visualization best practices.">
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.">
