Job Title: Facade Designer and Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Facade Designer and Estimator to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facade detailing and quantity takeoffs, as well as excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

About the Job
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive shop drawings for windows, curtain walls, and panel systems
  • Perform material and quantity takeoffs by reviewing plans and creating summaries in Excel/PDF
  • Work closely with engineers to develop and revise designs and calculations
  • Ensure drawings meet applicable codes, standards, and project specs
  • Use specialized software to complete design and estimation tasks efficiently
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facade design, including curtain walls, windows, and cladding systems
  • Skilled in preparing shop drawings and detailed takeoff summaries
  • Proficient in Logikal Software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of construction documents and architectural drawings
