We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Recruitment Specialist to join our client's team.

The ideal candidate will dedicate approximately 80% of their time to full-cycle recruitment and 20% to human resources responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective global sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for various functions within the agency.
  • Manage job postings on professional networking platforms, online job boards, and other relevant channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create accurate job descriptions and ensure alignment on hiring timelines and requirements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years of recruiting experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency or related industry.
  • Familiarity with performance management tools, applicant tracking systems, and other HR/recruitment software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Work Environment: Fully remote with flexibility to work globally.

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm EST.
