Web Optimization Role

This is a pivotal position that focuses on driving digital performance for our clients through effective website optimization strategies. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CMS platforms, behavioral analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement, site performance, and conversion rates.

With rapid expansion in revenue, employees, and client base – doubling every 4-6 months – we are seeking a talented Web Optimization Specialist to join our growing team. Our clients are prominent industry leaders and multimillion-dollar companies who trust us to deliver significant value and high-quality leads.

  • Execute web optimization activities across various CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot CMS) without requiring coding expertise but with proficiency in using platform interfaces and structured publishing processes.
  • Conduct thorough website performance audits and user behavior analysis using tools like Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity.
  • Support the development of data-driven A/B and multivariate testing strategies to drive site improvements and CRO experimentation.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, content strategists, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing user experience and site performance.
  • Monitor and report on site performance, conversion rates, and engagement metrics; highlight key insights and contribute to reporting and analysis efforts.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that website initiatives align with brand objectives, SEO, and CRO goals.
  • Partner with relevant leads and team members to support website optimization initiatives and project goals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2–4 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, website optimization, web analytics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
  • An analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to meet structured timelines and project deliverables.
  • Foundational knowledge of digital user experience and basic SEO principles.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in areas such as website analytics, CRO, and digital optimization.
