Hebrew Language Expert - AI Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Hebrew language expert to join our team as an AI trainer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training and fine-tuning large-scale language models on Hebrew language tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hebrew linguistics, grammar, and syntax, as well as experience working with machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques. A master's or PhD in Hebrew language, linguistics, or a closely related field is preferred, but not required.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conversing with the model on language scenarios to evaluate its understanding of Hebrew language concepts
  • Verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness of the model's responses
  • Capturing reproducible error traces to improve the model's performance
  • Suggesting improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

In addition to your technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. You will work closely with our team of developers and researchers to ensure that the model meets our high standards for accuracy and reliability.

We offer a competitive hourly rate based on your experience and qualifications. This is a contract position, and you will be expected to work remotely. We provide a secure computer and high-speed internet connection to support your work.
