Lead AI Automation Specialist
The Role: We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Automation Specialist to spearhead our AI solutions, automation workflows, and project management initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with the CEO to implement AI-driven tasks, analyze data, and conduct market research.

About You
  • Develop and manage complex AI automation projects using cutting-edge tools like OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, Airtable.
  • Analyze large datasets to optimize AI workflows, identify areas for improvement, and drive business growth.
  • Create engaging TikTok-style videos using avatars and AI-generated UGC content to replicate trending formats and increase brand visibility.
  • Conduct thorough market research, summarize key findings, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Design and implement usability tests, create website mockups, and develop AI agents for business automation.


Your Skills
  • Adept problem-solver with strong adaptability and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with a test-and-learn mindset and a passion for AI, automation, and workflow optimization.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in AI tools, front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and no-code tools.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills with the ability to work in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Engineering background preferred but not required.
