Market Intelligence Associate

We are seeking a skilled Market Intelligence Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end support in the preparation of client reports, including shareholder identification, proxy reports, and capital markets intelligence.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare client reports, including shareholder identification, proxy reports, and capital markets intelligence.
  • Collect, analyze, and deliver data on assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure timely updates on project stages.
  • Contribute to process improvements and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Meet agreed-upon targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform administrative tasks such as attendance monitoring, overtime, and leave pre-approval.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Capital Markets Intelligence and Shareholder Identification.
  • Proven people management skills; a strong team player.
  • Good understanding of global financial markets, including trends, regulations, and key players.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficient in financial analysis tools/software, such as FactSet and Bloomberg.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and database management platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
