Manufacturing Finance Professional

About the Role:

This senior specialist position plays a pivotal role in manufacturing finance, fostering collaboration with multinational stakeholders in a dynamic night shift hybrid setup.

The successful candidate will lead budgeting and forecasting processes for supply chain units, ensuring seamless alignment with strategic objectives. They will also monitor cost developments and support cost center controlling, assisting budget holders in managing financial performance.

The professional will contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations, while ensuring compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

To enhance cost tracking and reporting, they will leverage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Additionally, the specialist will support data quality improvement across financial and operational systems, developing cost-per-activity insights (e.g., per product, per delivery).

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in manufacturing environment
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA) is advantageous
  • Strong communication and intercultural skills
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control
  • Background in costing and supply chain finance
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP experience (preferably SAP)
  • Familiarity with planning tools like Anaplan is an advantage
