This role will be critical in delivering value by transforming operational data into actionable insights that empower both our internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing first-line support to internal clients
  • Gathering requirements for data analysis and reporting
  • Querying and investigating databases to answer stakeholders' questions and addressing data issues
  • Generating reports and dashboards
  • Supporting other analysts to enhance data accessibility and clarity.

Essential Skills:
  • A love of data, analytics, and problem-solving
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in data and insights-focused roles
  • Good SQL coding skills (JOINS, CASE statements, basic window functions)
  • Understanding of data modeling skills
  • Experience with BI tools like PowerBI (including DAX and Power Query)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate complex data tables into actionable, digestible information
  • Curiosity and desire to learn
  • Ability to interact with data in application data stores and data warehouses
  • A passion for delighting customers by anticipating their needs and helping them see future opportunities to combat evolving scammer behavior
