We are seeking an experienced Product Concept Designer to join our team in developing engaging and safe toys for kids' meals. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative toy products that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Innovative Toy Concepts: Develop creative, age-appropriate toy ideas that align with current themes, trends, and brand objectives.
  • Create Detailed Designs: Design detailed sketches, 3D models, and prototypes using advanced design tools like CAD, SolidWorks, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Conduct User Research: Gather insights through user research and testing with children or parent focus groups to ensure toy designs meet their needs and expectations.
  • Evaluate Toy Safety Compliance: Ensure all toy products adhere to local and international safety standards (ASTM, EN71, CPSIA).
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with suppliers, engineers, and manufacturers to ensure feasibility, cost-efficiency, and quality of toy products.
  • Integrate with Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate toy designs with promotional campaigns and branding initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products. Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software is essential, as well as knowledge of child psychology, play behavior, and developmental appropriateness.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Toy Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in toy or product design, especially for children.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
