Our team is seeking a Business Analyst to contribute to our projects.

Job Description:
  • We are looking for a skilled professional to work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure clear project scope and tracking.
  • The ideal candidate will gather and document IT system, enhancement, and feature requirements.
  • Evaluate existing business solutions, identify requirements, and develop strategies for maximum opportunities.
  • Facilitate meetings to elicit requirements from business users and stakeholders.
  • Review documents from business users and stakeholders for input into requirements gathering activities.
  • Write Business Requirements Documents for the project development and testing phases.
  • Create Business Process Documents for reference by business users and stakeholders after post-implementation changes.
  • Develop Requirements Traceability Matrix to track and validate requirement delivery and features.
  • Manage defects through prompt turnaround from reporting to verification and closure.
  • Translate business requirements into test cases.
  • Assist users in clarifying requirements and defining acceptance criteria for automated systems testing.
