**Job Title:** Salesforce Developer

">Salesforce developers in this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining various Salesforce applications using APEX, Lightning, and other related technologies. They will analyze business processes, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and translate these insights into effective solutions leveraging the power of Salesforce.">Key Responsibilities:">

  • Develop and maintain multiple Salesforce applications using APEX and other Salesforce technologies.">
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions that leverage the capabilities of Salesforce.">
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.">
  • Design, configure, and maintain optimal Salesforce lab demo environments to support testing, demonstrations, and training sessions.">
  • Manage projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.">
  • Collaborate with project team members to delegate tasks effectively and deliver projects on time.">
  • Provide technical support and training to users as needed, including explaining AI fundamentals.">
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements leveraging new features, especially around Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI capabilities.">

**Requirements:**

  • ">
  • 5+ years experience developing specifically for Salesforce, with a focus on Sales & Service Cloud.">
  • Experience with Generative AI technologies or capabilities, preferably with Einstein, OOTB GenAI & Predictive Features, Agent Studio, DataCloud, and/or Experience Cloud.">
  • Hands-on experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate data management within the Salesforce ecosystem.">
  • Detailed understanding of development modules within Salesforce and how those modules tie into a broader solution.">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or other computer-related disciplines.">
  • Ability to work within a virtual global team environment and contribute to the overall timely delivery of multiple projects.">
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.">
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with other team members (immediate team as well as cross-functional teams).">
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
  • Required Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer.">
