Job Title: Salesforce Solution Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce solution developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, delivering, and testing tailored solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration with 3rd Party apps, customisation, code based & declarative tools, as well as experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and integrations.

Salesforce solution developers at our company are expected to be comfortable tackling ambiguity, solving problems creatively, and delivering valuable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Design, build, deliver, and test tailored solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies.
  • Data and reporting: Support continued build-out of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep.
  • User Training & Support: Drive platform proficiency through training, documentation, and hands-on support.
  • Platform Management & Optimization: Stay ahead by monitoring updates and optimising business processes.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform.
  • Manage the Salesforce Release Process: Hands-on deployment of changes across environments, including sandbox refreshes, data migration, and metadata deployment.
