Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Credit Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with minimal supervision to ensure seamless operations.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to all accounts emails, guaranteeing timely attention.
  • Process creditor invoices for payment in an organized and methodical manner.
  • Reconcile Xero transactions on a daily basis, maintaining accuracy and precision.
  • Monitor accounts diligently to ensure payments are up-to-date and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Promote timely payment processing by preparing A/P payment runs and collections of A/R.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized records of all invoices processed and paid.
  • Prepare sales invoices in Xero with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Complete GL reconciliations, vendor statement reconciliations & end of month journals (if any).
  • Tackle AP-related calls and collaborate with internal departments for efficient payment processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.

Qualifications:

Requirements (Must):

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Xero accounting and payroll software.
  • No less than 6 years' experience in payroll or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements (Preferred):

  • Prior experience in the construction industry, particularly in payroll or finance-related roles.
  • Familiarity with construction retention processes, including compliance, documentation, and payment release procedures.
