Job Overview
Snapscale is seeking a driven, results-focused appointment setter to help connect with healthcare practices and other target industries. You'll be engaging decision-makers through direct messaging and cold calling, building rapport, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to targeted healthcare practices, dental & orthodontic practices, hearing health & audiology, physical therapy & rehab clinics, and other healthcare-adjacent businesses.
- Send personalized direct messages via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate interest.
- Qualify prospects using Snapscale's proven outreach framework.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are captured in CRM systems.
- Maintain accurate calls using powerdialer Kixie and messaging records, track metrics, and meet weekly appointment goals.
- Follow scripts while also adapting to live conversations to handle objections and build trust.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation
- Proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach
- Comfortable using tools like Kixie, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
- Stable internet connection and professional work environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the healthcare, medical, or B2B services sector
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance or medical office operations
