Job Overview

Snapscale is seeking a driven, results-focused appointment setter to help connect with healthcare practices and other target industries. You'll be engaging decision-makers through direct messaging and cold calling, building rapport, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to targeted healthcare practices, dental & orthodontic practices, hearing health & audiology, physical therapy & rehab clinics, and other healthcare-adjacent businesses.
  • Send personalized direct messages via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate interest.
  • Qualify prospects using Snapscale's proven outreach framework.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are captured in CRM systems.
  • Maintain accurate calls using powerdialer Kixie and messaging records, track metrics, and meet weekly appointment goals.
  • Follow scripts while also adapting to live conversations to handle objections and build trust.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation
  • Proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach
  • Comfortable using tools like Kixie, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
  • Stable internet connection and professional work environment
