Lead Marketing Strategist Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Marketing Strategist to oversee our marketing operations end-to-end. This role provides the autonomy to develop, measure, and scale campaigns that drive tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels.
  • Manage relationships with SEO agencies, content writers, and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee paid advertising efforts on Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and YouTube to maximize ROI.
  • Design and execute segmented email campaigns and direct mail through HubSpot to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Build and maintain workflows for lead nurturing and sales automation to streamline processes.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including visitors, leads, cost per lead, return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct ongoing tests across creatives, offers, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless marketing-to-sales handoffs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of marketing management experience, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot for marketing and sales automation.
  • Experience managing vendors and freelancers to achieve project goals.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing principles.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret KPIs, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Organized and self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Success Metrics:

Driving 30% year-over-year growth in qualified leads, achieving ROAS 3.0 across paid campaigns, maintaining a cost per lead consistently under $50, and delivering campaigns on time and aligned with sales objectives.
