Marketing Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Professional to support our marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for content creation, project management, and assisting with other marketing-related tasks.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.

About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be tasked with staging content in various platforms, managing basic project tasks, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Content creation and staging in HubSpot, including website pages, landing pages, emails, blogs, calls-to-action (CTAs), ads, and social media posts.
  • Log and organize customer reviews in HubSpot.
  • Assist in project management tasks, such as queuing up deliverables in our project management system, ensuring deadlines and workflows are followed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Perform miscellaneous marketing-related tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
