Senior Architectural Designer Position

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced architectural designer to join our team. We are seeking an individual with expertise in creating innovative and functional designs, utilizing specialized skills in Revit and 3ds Max.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute architectural design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals
  • Utilize Revit for creating detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
  • Produce realistic 3D models and visualizations using 3ds Max for design presentations and client reviews
  • Collaborate effectively with clients and project teams to ensure design integrity and feasibility
  • Conduct site visits to ensure designs are implemented according to plans and standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients, addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects
  • Proficiency in Revit and 3ds Max software
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices
  • Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) tools for immersive design presentations
