Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Field Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching and Mentoring:
    • Counsel Agency Supervisors and Coordinators in building strong relationships with store personnel, training, and development.
    • Determine personalized training programs for Key Agency Personnel through field coaching and one-on-one meetings via the Kamustahan Program.
  • Evaluate Training and Development Programs:
  • Build Strong Store Relationships:
    • Strengthen store personnel relationships through regular visits in assigned territories.
  • Attend Monthly Customized Tabletop Reviews with Key Branches:
    • Maximize productivity by determining merchandiser count and man-hours.
  • Develop Merchandiser Workflow:
  • Create Ideal Time and Motion Studies:
  • Ensure Quality Merchandiser Deployment:
  • Promotions and Sales Program Execution:
    • Follow systems like Kamustahan and KRA Checking to resolve in-store concerns promptly.
    • Update the Store Info Manual quarterly, including key store personnel, availability scores, facings measurements, and achievement targets.
  • Execute BTL Promotions and Trade Promos:
  • Recruit Manpower and Materials:
  • Conduct Regular Audits and Performance Checks:
  • Submit End Project Reports:
Maintaining Standards:
  • Implement National In-Store Merchandising:
  • Manage Point-of-Purchase (POP) Materials:
  • Handle Out-of-Home (OOH) Merchandising:
Improving Systems:
  • Suggest Operational Improvements:
  • Create Standard Business Continuity Plans (BCPs):
  • Develop Pilot and Stretch Programs:
Record Keeping and Reporting:
  • Maintain Accurate Record-Keeping Systems:
  • Submit Required Reports:
  • Manage Agency and Business-to-Leader (BTL) Incentives:
  • Submit Multi-National Corporation (MNC) SKU Reports:

Essential skills include a strong passion for learning and career growth, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, business acumen, basic marketing and computational skills, knowledge of Cost Benefit Analysis and Marketing Research techniques, and willingness to do fieldwork and be assigned anywhere.
