Lead Complex Features and Deliver Excellence

As a seasoned professional, we are seeking an individual to take on the role of leading and delivering complex features. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Job Summary

We are looking for someone who is experienced in software development, particularly in JavaScript (es6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering high-quality secured code on time, with experience building functional and creative user experiences that inspire users to perform at their best.

Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of complex features and ensure timely delivery of high-quality secured code.
  • Understand problem spaces and devise effective solutions that scale.
  • Invest in continuous learning and actively share knowledge with team members, fostering a culture of growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams and leadership to define best practices and recommendations to support future growth.
  • Assist teams in achieving quality goals and work towards gaining efficiency and predictability in effort estimation.
  • Participate in hiring processes, contributing to the attraction and development of stronger Front-End teams across global organizations.
  • Advocate for code quality, reusability, and simplification of user experiences within our platform.
  • Build deep understanding of our core domain and contribute to domain-specific knowledge by engaging in design discussions.
  • Actively participate in cross-team collaboration across different departments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • More than 5+ years of proven software development experience.
  • Experience with JavaScript (es6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience building functional and creative user experiences that inspire users to perform at their best.
  • Strong knowledge in Object Oriented design with UML and SOLID Principles.
  • Experience with Open API and Microservices.
  • Experience in SQL and NoSQL data modeling, architecture, and performance tuning.
  • Experience in data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience leading joint analysis and design, bringing clarity in requirements and owning end-to-end delivery scope, plan, and schedule.
  • Experience in test-driven development.
  • Experience writing unit tests and UI automation using selenium/playwright.
  • Proficiency in building highly scalable frontend applications with code quality, security, and performance.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Self-driven and own end-to-end deliverable for feature working closely with PM and BA.
  • Ability to work effectively in team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with AzureDevOps, SonarCloud, Terraform will be plus.
  • Experience in mentoring junior developers is a plus.
  • Keep pace with latest technologies and bring innovation to solve business challenges.
  • Be flexible with technology stack (We use Pyspark, SparkSQL, T-SQL, .NET Framework 6+, MySQL, SQL Azure, Azure Data factory, Angular 14).
