Senior Project Manager: Digital Insurance Solutions

This is a challenging leadership role requiring strong project management skills to oversee the implementation of new and existing projects within our operations.

About The Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects from initiation to delivery, with a focus on timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead project planning sessions with internal teams and clients' staff
  • Support solution proposals for client pursuits, proposals, and PoCs
  • Participate in proposal and POC processes (i.e. design, submission, and review)
  • Support contract creation and related communication with clients
  • Identify and help secure growth opportunities for existing clients
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines
  • Host regular/weekly project reviews and create reports with key metrics about team and project status using standard metrics
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Identify and manage issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field is beneficial
  • 5+ years experience as a Project Manager
  • Insurance domain knowledge is essential
  • Strong client-facing experience is necessary
  • Technical skills are advantageous
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, timeline, and budget
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
