Services Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our customer service operations. This senior management role will focus on developing and delivering key service outcomes for our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of senior operational managers, setting clear performance measures, and driving excellence in customer experience. He/She will also oversee the development and implementation of strategies to enhance service delivery and drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team of senior operational managers to drive business growth and excellence in customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and drive business growth.
- Oversight of profit and loss centers and budget planning.
- Creation of a culture and processes that achieve business goals and objectives with regards to customer service.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and legal requirements.
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
- Minimum of 10 years total experience in Business Process Outsourcing space.
- Extensive experience of leading and managing large teams in CS Financial (Care, Collections, Fraud) voice operations environment.
- Strong strategic and customer focus.
- Evidence of well-developed leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals through the management of individual performance objectives.
- Influential relationships skills at all levels.
- Excellent communication, conflict management and negotiation skills.
