Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

At our company, we're seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

About the Role

The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed test plans and execute testing across various software applications.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and report findings to development teams.
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on testing methodologies and best practices to junior team members.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent communication skills, and experience working in agile environments.

  • Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in QA testing for web applications.
  • Expertise in automation testing tools like Cypress or similar.
  • Excellent knowledge of UX/UI testing and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of different types of testing methods (white box, black box, etc.).
