Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance expert to spearhead our quality management initiatives. This pivotal role is responsible for driving client satisfaction by overseeing our QA operations.
The Role- Reduce client dissatisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality service through data-driven insights and coaching.
- Serve as the single source of truth for assistant performance data and quality metrics.
- Lead and mentor the QA team to proactively identify service gaps and provide actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with department heads to address systemic issues, develop corrective action plans, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Oversee the QA team to ensure efficient execution of quality audits, reports, and corrective actions.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture within the QA team that values accountability, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving.
- Manage the design and execution of performance evaluations, audits, and quality checks for assistants.
- Analyze patterns of recurring issues and develop strategies to address them before they escalate into client dissatisfaction.
