Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and developing manual and automation test tools, methodologies, scripts, and executing end-to-end automation and manual test cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts for automated and manual testing
  • Developing scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks
  • Implementing repeatable automated tests during sprints to ensure quality, reduce test execution time, and incorporate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to plan budget and labor needs for each sprint and product release
  • Working collaboratively in an agile squad team to drive product quality
  • Ensuring assigned testing deliverables are met within the sprint and product release
  • Preparing and communicating test reports for stakeholders
  • Liaising with business users, analysts, and engineers to resolve assigned defects
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years of software testing experience
  • Proven experience in automation testing, including planning, test case design, test reporting, defect tracking, estimating, and test coverage
  • Experience working with external parties and vendors
  • Demonstrated capability to learn and understand a business and its processes and systems in depth
