Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting technical issues and providing exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve complex technical issues with attention to detail and follow-up communication.
- Troubleshoot SQL, Linux, networking, and VPN-related problems.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure timely updates.
- Provide flexible support including after-hours and holiday coverage when necessary.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in production environments, client support, and database management.
- Proficiency in Linux OS support and network administration.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication techniques.
- Knowledge of cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery, or Salesforce admin expertise.
- Experience in the utility industry or Smart Grid sector.
- An ITIL/ITSM certification would be beneficial.
