Job Summary

This is a key role in expanding our mental health service provider network in Asia. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting and matching qualified professionals, maintaining databases, responding to inquiries, reviewing applications, ensuring confidentiality, and managing caseload.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the expansion of our mental health service provider network in Asia by identifying and onboarding qualified mental health professionals who can offer ad hoc psychological support to clients.
  • Assess clients' needs and match them with suitable providers using our proprietary database.
  • Maintain accurate applicant information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Provider database.
  • Respond promptly to provider inquiries within defined turnaround times.
  • Distribute provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers during recruitment.
  • Review provider applications and supporting documentation for thoroughness.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of clients' information.
  • Effectively communicate provider information to hiring managers.
  • Proactively manage caseload to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 - 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Experience in recruiting non-local candidates.
  • Database management of candidates.
  • Experience in a growing startup.
  • Ability to start immediately.
