About the Job

The Benefits Navigator is responsible for verifying insurance benefits, running prescription monitoring program reports, and communicating with patients to provide accurate information about their coverage.

  • Verify patient insurance benefits and ensure clear understanding of coverage.
  • Run prescription monitoring program reports to support safe prescribing practices.
  • Enter client personal health information into our system.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Lead Care Navigator.
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a high level of knowledge in health insurance and patient confidentiality.
