We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter and Lead Generator to join our team. As a proactive and results-driven professional, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, making outbound calls, booking appointments for our sales team, maintaining CRM data, following up with prospects, and contributing new ideas for lead generation.
Main Responsibilities:- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and book appointments for the sales team
- Source and categorize leads using tools like Google Maps, targeting main roads and industry types
- Maintain and update the database, including follow-up reminders and contact details
- Identify and qualify leads (hot, warm, cold)
- Send relevant information to leads as required
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment and track progress
- Contribute ideas and strategies to improve lead generation efforts
- Support email marketing campaigns by entering leads and tracking responses
- Conduct bulk email marketing regularly
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or telesales
- A confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
