Remote Customer Support Specialist

We're seeking a skilled and empathetic customer support representative to join our team. As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via chat, email, or phone.

You will handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns. Additionally, you will utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide excellent support

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
