Quality Assurance Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end test scenarios that cover all aspects of the application.

The ideal candidate will have a background in computer science or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in web application testing. They should also have proven experience in writing formal test cases, using pertinent test techniques, and conducting E2E testing for web applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Design and execute E2E test scenarios that cover all aspects of the application.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring they are properly reported and resolved.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze test results, providing clear and concise reports to stakeholders, including identified issues and recommendations for improvements.
