Job Title: Academic Support Professional

Educate and support students to ensure their academic success by providing quality services, coordinating instructors, tracking progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.

This is a fully remote position that requires excellent English communication skills.

Fully Remote Opportunity

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with instructors to provide high-quality education to students.
  • Monitor student progress and provide necessary support to ensure academic success.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to students, parents, and teachers.
  • Support regional operations by working collaboratively with the team.
  • Ensure the delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners.
  • Maintain operational excellence standards in people, financial, and academic areas.
  • Provide virtual administrative support, including answering phones, managing data, and scheduling sessions.
  • Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet efficiency targets.
  • Lead virtual tutoring sessions and monitor student progress.
  • Conduct conferences with program directors to review progress, adjust plans, and renew enrollments.
Requirements:
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Exhibits a professional demeanor and approachable attitude.
  • Effective communication skills in virtual environments.
  • Proficient in using various communication media, including phone, video, and email.
  • Ability to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Learning agility to adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Able to acquire new skills as required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-3 years of progressive career growth.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
