Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems and working with Linux systems.

  • Solve technical issues related to cloud environments, desktops, servers, and IoT devices.
  • Deliver high-quality technical support on the full technical stack, including cloud, desktop, and IoT.
  • Work from home to provide technical assistance to employees.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong academic record in a technical field.
  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting Linux issues, including collecting logs and stack traces.
  • Familiarity with Linux server administration, programming fundamentals, networking, virtualization, and cloud computing concepts.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a commitment to diversity, and the ability to travel internationally twice a year.
