Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to create engaging content across social media platforms, develop and execute campaigns highlighting real estate projects, construction updates, and company milestones, track market and competitor trends, provide actionable insights for differentiation, generate weekly and monthly marketing reports, including social media analytics, engagement rates, and ROI, and create marketing materials ensuring consistent branding across channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement content strategies across social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Design and execute targeted campaigns to highlight real estate projects, construction updates, and company milestones.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends, providing data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
  • Produce high-quality marketing reports, including social media analytics, engagement rates, and ROI.
  • Create visually appealing marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding across channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
