Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and data-driven professional to manage our social media presence.

About this Role:

  • You will be responsible for publishing content, running paid campaigns, and analyzing metrics to inform growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan, write, and schedule engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  2. Paid Campaign Management: Develop and execute successful paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  3. Community Engagement: Respond to comments and direct messages, flagging potential leads and providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
  5. Social Listening: Monitor trends and conversation topics relevant to our target audience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or agency social management.
  • Excellent US English copywriting skills, including crafting hooks, CTAs, and captions.
  • Familiarity with at least two advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Proficiency in editing tools like CapCut, Figma, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, Adobe Premiere or After Effects, and Canva.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a remote team aligned with our core values: service, integrity, improvement, and community.
