We are seeking a highly experienced Social Media Manager/Strategist to help us take our brand to new heights.

The ideal candidate will be creative and plan through proper research, market analysis, and data—not quick assumptions. You will lead our presence across all social platforms with a focus on Instagram.

This is not an entry-level role—we’re searching for someone with minimum 5 years of experience managing content calendars, social campaigns, influencer collaborations, and growing strong brand communities online.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Content Creation: Develop and write engaging, platform-specific content for social media channels, with a primary focus on Instagram, as well as Facebook, Tik Tok, and Pinterest.
  • Influencer & Affiliate Communications: Serve as the first point of contact for influencers and affiliates, ensuring prompt, warm, and brand-consistent communication.
  • Audience Growth through Strategic Engagement: Proactively grow our target audience by engaging with posts from affiliates, influencers, and community members who align with our ideal customer profile.
  • Content Planning and Calendar Management: Collaborate closely with our team to co-develop the overall content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and upcoming campaigns.
  • Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to identify new opportunities and ensure we remain relevant and competitive.
  • Canva Proficiency: Confidently use Canva to design custom social media posts and stories that align with written content and brand guidelines.
  • Email Newsletter Copywriting: Take full responsibility for crafting engaging, on-brand copy for our email newsletters.
  • Product Launch Collaboration: Play a key role in launching new products by working closely with our team to develop and execute launch strategies across social media and email.
Requirements
  • Experience & Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative & Strategic Copywriting: Must have strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling social media captions, engaging newsletter content, thoughtful influencer outreach, and scroll-stopping video scripts.
  • Visual & Editing Proficiency: Skilled in creating and editing content for Instagram (posts, Stories, Reels), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Organizational & Planning Excellence: Demonstrated ability to build and manage content calendars, plan ahead for campaigns, and organize user-generated content and influencer content in a structured, timely, and strategic manner.
